Record Tests for Forms in Classic UI

Generate Test Steps for forms:

Create User and Impersonate (Create User)
The record created (Open New Record)
Open record that was similar to what was opened or has a relationship with an existing record already captured in test (Record Query, Open Existing)
Fields manually populated by the user (Set Field Values)
Variables manually populated by the user (Set Variable Values)
Mandatory, Read-only & Visible Fields (Field State Validation)
Mandatory, Read-only & Visible Variables (Validate Variable State)
Visible UI Actions (Check UI Action Visibility)
Hidden UI Actions (Check UI Action Visibility)
UI Action clicked to submit the form (Click UI Action)

Record Tests for Catalog Items in Service Portal

Generate Test Steps for Catalog items:

Create User and Impersonate (Create a User)
The catalog item opened (Open a Catalog Item)
Variables manually populated by the user (Set Variable Values)
Mandatory, Read-only & Visible Variables (Validate Variable State)
Adding rows to a multirow variable set (Add row to multi-row variable set)
Saving a row in a multirow variable set (Save current row of multi-row variable set)
The catalog item ordered (Submit Record Producer / Catalog Item)

Recording Levels

Use one of three pre-configured recording modes (Actions only, Simple, and Exhaustive) or set a custom level to your liking.

Record Tracking

Regress will track records you have saved during your recording and build relationships between them.

Record Snapshot

Take server-side snapshots of records during testing without needing to open them in the UI.

Email Notification Capture Feature

Tracks and captures all notifications and their source sent for each record you've recorded.

Order Guides

Record ordering multiple request items through an order guide in Service Portal.

Create User

Regress will automatically create a test step to impersonate a user with the same fields and roles as the user used to record the test.
